Vendor Application 2019

Please complete this application to participate in 2019 Old West Christmas Light Fest. Select the week that you would like to apply for from the list on the right. Our jury will review your information and notify you of the status of your application. If your application is accepted you will be given instructions for paying the vendor fee.

Old West Christmas Light Fest Exhibitors are known for the highest level of integrity in product and business practices. For this reason, management reserves the right to jury all booths and merchandise any time before or during the show.

NOTE: If you sign up for a weekend, vendors must be available each day they have scheduled to be there.

The vendor schedule is as follows:

• Week #1 November 28th – December 1st: $200
• Week #2 December 5th – December 8th: $200
• Week #3 December 12th – December 15th: $200
• Week #4 Open daily December 19th – December 25th: $350
• Entire Season Weeks 1 – 4: $855
